Training	We offer trainings and workshops for service providers, supervisors, manager and administrators for nonprofits and public agencies serving youth from marginalized populations. The workshops offer best, emerging and innovative practices, policies, insights which empower participants to better serve their communities and clientele. Coaching	One on one coaching sessions for individuals and/or small groups to build and expand their skills to ensure high quality of service delivery and to further incorporate youth led and youth empowerment practice into their work. Through observation, and coaching support to partners to provide feedback to build their skills, to ensure high quality service deliver and to maintain the integrity to their organizational values. Curricula Development	We develop curricula on a variety of topics that empower adults to better serve youth and emerging adults. Specializing in youth involved curricula development we focus on models that empower youth and communities to utilize their lived experience and insights to inform the development of curricula for professional and community education.
